Mom to be Relaxation and Meditation

These sessions are specifically from moms to be from their 1st trimester onwards.

The sessions will include:

  • Breathing techniques
  • Mindfulness and clearing of fear and worry during pregnancy
  • Connecting to self and baby
  • A safe space where it is all about you and your baby, where you can let go of the normal day to day stresses and concerns of impending parenthood.

  • Group Sessions: £10
  • One to One Session: £35 for an hours session (90 minute appointment)
